Is there a minimum quantity for an order?

Yes, in order to reduce set-up and working costs, profiling needs to be carried out in high volumes. In turn these vary based on the complexity of the template and any additional work requested, as well as the type of material used.

• For simple or commercial templates produced with carbon steel we have minimum amounts around 30/40 QL (3000/4000 kg), which can go down to 20 QL (2000 kg) in the case of production with inox steel, or 10 QL (1000 kg) for aluminium.

• We can issue quotes for customised profiles at the bidding stage.

These minimum amounts are designed to offer the client an even more competitive price compared with estrusion or pressure bending production.
