Profilsystem production operates using the profiling technique, or else by means of profiling machines which use forming rollers.

Compared to estrusion, which operates by deforming plastic which has been heated up (whereas profiling operates at cold temperatures), and compared to pressure bending, profiling allows working costs to be reduced, as it is capable of producing large volumes within a shorter space of time, and maintaining the relevant mechanical properties.

We can continue at length to list the advantages of profiling vis-a-vis pressure bending: profiling means we can go up to maximum transportable lengths, usually around 12 metres; there are also advantages in terms of the complexity of the template ordered, while our minimum amounts allow us to make marked cost savings.
