The Sendzimir process involves hot-dip galvanization. Pickled material is immersed in molten zinc at 700°C, forming a zinc layer that protects the steel from corrosion, with the amount of zinc applied being carefully regulated.

Prepainted/Plastic-Coated Steel
Prepainted galvanized steel undergoes an additional bath coating process that enhances resistance to atmospheric agents. Plastic-coated steel follows a similar procedure, with the application of an adhesive plastic film for added protection.
