Cutting and additional processing offered by our company
Our company's profiling machinery is equipped with traditional in-line cutting systems featuring a slow saw or guillotine cutting dies, in case a metal profile with a clean cut (free from burrs) is required. More specifically, we recommend:

Cutting by slow saw when it is necessary to obtain steel profiles and metal profiles that are closed or welded

Guillotine cutting in the case of open profiles
For an even more accurate finish, Profilsystem has a multi-head brushing system that can remove even the most stubborn micro-splinters, allowing us to provide metal profiles that are free from any annoying burrs.
